Dunk Island Delight

A 10 minute water taxi ride across glassy calm water took us to the enchanting Dunk Island. 

Once the location of a plush resort, sadly demolished by cyclones, it is now a wonderful daytrip from Wongalinga Beach.

We walked along the main beach, then through cool rainforest, to shimmering Muggy Muggy beach where we swam and relaxed under our own Robinson Crusoe shelter.
