Horseshoe Bay: Follow the Sun

Bowen has an array of pretty beaches, including Horseshoe Bay where we stayed at a beachside campsite. The beach is delightful, but beware of stingers in season.

For sunset, we did the short climb to the lookout where spectacular clouds lit up the sky.

We returned to the same spot at dawn for another awesome sunrise. It is amazing that from this lookout, one can watch both sunset and sunrise.
