Kulgera or CU in NT

The SA/NT border roadhouse at Kulgera was our campsite for the night. In true Aussie independent fashion, Northern Territory locals have proposed an alternative tourism marketing message entitled CU in NT which riled the staid authorities. However, by popular demand that rationalised the abbreviated letters could stand for CU Next Time or Northern Territory, CU in NT is now emblazoned on NT souvenirs!

A red dirt coloured sign welcomed us to the Red Centre where the bitumen was colour matched as well.
