
A short, steep, 4wd track jiggled beside the gurgling waters of the paperbark-lined creek with its sandbars and inquisitive fish.

What a beautiful place to go skinnydipping in icecold, 'refreshing' eddies in the 33°C heat.

A glass of wine, scent of woodsmoke, steady gazing into the embers as dusk falls between the paperbarks. Pure magic.
This was followed by a visit to our favourite tiny Mexican café at Mt Molloy where we enjoyed banter in Spanish with the owners. Viva Zapata!
