Driving the track to the river, we meet Mr very biiiiig Brahman bull with all the time in his world to nonchalantly stare down intruders, close his eyes whilst fully obstructing the width of the track until very gently nudged.

The Riverside Camp is gorgeous, the full riverscape panorama extends from our happy hour spot to the Cockburn ranges lit by the sun. It's fascinating to watch the rapid tidal flow and the patrolling crocs in the Pentecost River. Fishos catch popeye mullet to use as bait for ferocious barra and threadfin.
In the morning, we were treated to the most amazing sunrise. This particular cloud formation is apparently called Stratocumulus stratiformis undulatus radiatus. Seriously.
