Yallingup on the Rocks

For a brief stay 3.5 hours' drive south of Perth, we went to visit the seascapes of Canal Rocks and Wyadup Rocks around Yallingup.

Canal Rocks has spectacular natural slices or canals cutting through rugged cliffs pounded by the waves. We clambered like mountain goats for a bird's eye view of the surging seas.

Wyadup Rocks is also deeply etched into the landscape with giant waves crashing into the shoreline. The Spa is a natural swimming pool set back from the ocean, with a constant pumping flow from the incoming waves.
