Just south of Tennant Creek, we stayed a couple of nights at the marvellous globes of rock, known as the Devil's Marbles. Sunset and sunrise attracted campers to the tops of the rocks for a lightshow from the sun. The sky at night was amazing as captured on night shots which use stray light from campers to light up the rocks and trees, whilst the Milky Way soars above.
A mob of American campers provided more down to earth illumination when one girl stripped off on top of a rock, did a handstand in full view, and posed for her companions to take a carefully positioned pic of 'the sunrise coming out of your butt'. Such a generous show, thank you for sharing the view so thoughtfully!
